Hams is a seasoned director of customer success with more than 18 years of experience in the IT sector. Passionate about creating and sustaining strong relationships with her clients, Hams has managed and led customer-facing teams with success in her jobs at Incorta and ITWORX Education. Hams is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Customer Success Professional (Level I & II).

Hiba Masri, Customer Facing Enablement Manager

As a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in customer-facing enablement, Hiba will be leveraging her expertise in developing enablement programs, identifying opportunities to improve customer-facing processes and workflows, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Hiba previously held the roles of Regional Customer Facing Enablement Expert at Infobip, Marketing Manager at Vtel, and Sales Manager at Jawwal.
