How have we helped you grow?

Since joining, I have been challenged to work on projects where customers had extensive requirements. This pushed me out of my comfort zone, but with the correct guidance, I was able to support effectively. I believe this is how we grow as individuals and contribute to the organization's growth. It has been a steep learning journey, but a valuable one.

What’s your favorite thing about CEQUENS?

The best thing about CEQUENS is the openness in the culture. Everyone, from newcomers to senior leaders, gets the opportunity to express their ideas and contribute. It’s always encouraging to know that you’re being heard and appreciated, which makes the workplace truly motivating.

Can you share a project you worked on that makes you proud?

Recently, I had the opportunity to work on a project for a bank with a very complex requirement. It wasn’t easy to bring together a team from production, product development, and support to develop a highly customized solution. However, we successfully delivered, and the client was thrilled with the results. This experience reinforced how effective and productive we can be when we collaborate as a team.
