How do you start your day?

Every day is a new ride for me as a mom, team leader, and on the brink of obtaining my Ph.D., but I always start my day with prayers and gratitude.

What is it that you do exactly?

My responsibilities include process management, quality management, and compliance. In process management, I structure, define, and document policies, processes, procedures, or any related SOPs within each department in CEQUENS and improve the current processes.

My team and I are business strategists focused on improving the efficiency, productivity, and quality of operations and processes within the organization. We're involved in streamlining processes, reducing waste, increasing customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in all business areas. This can result in increased competitiveness, profitability, and customer experience.
